Where are Loyal Companions' vacation rentals located?
All of our vacation rentals are on Rhode Island's South County coast — in Narragansett and South Kingstown (including the village of Matunuck). We're a local company based in South Kingstown, RI.
How many vacation rentals does Loyal Companions manage?
We manage 19 vacation rentals across Narragansett and South Kingstown, ranging from 2 to 8 bedrooms and sleeping from 8 up to 16 guests.
Are your vacation rentals pet-friendly?
Nearly all of them — 18 of our 19 homes are pet-friendly, so you can bring your dog. Each listing notes whether pets are welcome along with any specific details, or just ask us.
How do I book a vacation rental?
You can book directly with us on most homes using the 'Book Direct' button on each property page — which saves you money on platform fees — or through the home's Airbnb or VRBO listing. You can also check live availability across all 19 homes on the availability calendar.
Are there booking or service fees?
Booking direct is the cheapest way to stay with us. There's a small fee of about 7% — roughly 3% for credit-card processing and 4% for the booking platform — which is typically 3–10% lower than the guest service fees Airbnb and VRBO add on top of the same nightly rate. So you'll generally save by booking directly through this website.
What is the minimum stay?
In July and August, stays are typically Saturday-to-Saturday with a one-week minimum. Spring, fall, and off-season stays are more flexible — check the calendar for any specific home.
How many guests can the homes accommodate?
Our homes range from cozy 2-bedroom cottages to large 8-bedroom houses, sleeping anywhere from 8 to 16 guests depending on the property.
What beaches are near your rentals?
Depending on the home, you're minutes from Narragansett Town Beach, Scarborough State Beach, Roger Wheeler State Beach, Salty Brine, and — in South Kingstown — East Matunuck State Beach, Matunuck Beach, and Roy Carpenter's Beach.
Do you offer property management for homeowners?
Yes. We provide full-service vacation rental management for owners in Narragansett and South Kingstown — cleaning, guest communication, maintenance, listing optimization, and commission-free direct bookings with Rhode Island taxes handled automatically.
