Loyal Companions Property Management is a small, locally-owned business based in South Kingstown, Rhode Island. We manage 19 vacation rentals across Narragansett — a town we know inside and out, from the best beach for kids to which restaurants have the shortest wait on a Friday night.

We exist because most rental management companies are far away, slow to respond, and treat their homes interchangeably. We do the opposite. Every property we manage gets thoughtful upkeep, quick replies, and the kind of guest experience that turns a one-time visit into a yearly tradition.

Guests book through Airbnb or VRBO — the platforms you already know and trust. We handle everything else: cleaning, turnover, supplies, the occasional 11pm call about a tricky thermostat.
