Loyal Companions Property Management is a small, locally-owned business based in South Kingstown, Rhode Island. We manage 19 vacation rentals across Narragansett and South Kingstown — a stretch of coast we know inside and out, from the best beach for kids to which restaurants have the shortest wait on a Friday night.
We exist because most rental management companies are far away, slow to respond, and treat their homes interchangeably. We do the opposite. Every property we manage gets thoughtful upkeep, quick replies, and the kind of guest experience that turns a one-time visit into a yearly tradition.
Guests can book directly with us — and save on platform fees — or through Airbnb and VRBO, the platforms you already know and trust. We handle everything else: cleaning, turnover, supplies, the occasional 11pm call about a tricky thermostat.

Nick Hayes
I'm Nick, the owner of Loyal Companions — and a local real estate agent who has sold most of the homes you'll find on this site. With more than $70 million in sales across Narragansett and South Kingstown, I know this stretch of coast, and this market, about as well as anyone.
That's the real difference behind the management: I don't just look after these homes, I helped the owners buy them. So if you own a property here — or want to — I can help you buy or sell it, and manage it for you when you're ready to rent.
